Yes, we do charge a consultation fee to reserve your spot with our consultation team. Everyone’s case is different and unique and the consultation is a time to share your situation so that we can let you know how we are able to help. Contact us at (804) 376-9309 to schedule your consultation.

What happens after a consultation?

The next steps if you choose us, after your consultation, we will send you a retainer agreement that outlines the scope of legal services that were discussed during your consultation, as well as a secure and convenient link to pay your retainer fee.

How long does a consultation last?

Consultations are 45 minutes long.

Can I get legal advice during a consultation?

No, our team will review your situation during the consultation, answer questions, and provide general guidance. Once you are legally represented by Trustice, we will provide you with legal advice on your situation. However, legal representation begins only after you sign a formal agreement with Trustice and pay your retainer fee.

Does Trustice offer virtual consultations?
