Terryn R. Garnett, Esq.

Terryn Garnett is an Associate Attorney at Trustice Law Group, where she practices family law and criminal defense.

Terryn came to the practice of law with a view from inside the courtroom. Before joining Trustice, she worked as a courtroom clerk and as a law clerk, where she saw firsthand how cases move through the system, how judges run their courtrooms, and how much preparation and clear communication shape the outcome. She brings that perspective to every client she works with.

Terryn knows that when people hire a family law or criminal defense attorney, they are going through one of the hardest stretches of their lives. She makes a point of explaining where things stand, what comes next, and what the real options are, so clients can make decisions with a clear picture. She works closely with the firm's senior attorneys and staff to give every case careful, thorough attention.

Terryn earned her bachelor's degree from Virginia State University and her law degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar.
